Murrieta 18 is eighteen acres of unimproved land zoned for retail uses and is ideally located in the City of Murrieta, California just west of Interstate 15 at the high traffic intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Jefferson Avenue. Wal-Mart received approval to build a Supercenter adjacent to the property. Additionally, a local hotel developer received approval to build two Marriott branded extended stay hotels. Regent sold the property in 2015.
