The Western Slope Industrial and Rail Park is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The project is considered a “brownfield” property as a portion of the property is environmentally contaminated. The Western Slope Industrial and Rail Park consists of a former refinery, rail spurs, large storage tanks, industrial buildings and industrial land located on 222 acres. Income is generated by all of the property features, especially the rail spurs, which are in high demand due to the energy related industries in the area.
Regent has successfully completed an annexation and development agreement with the City of Fruita which subdivided the property into smaller lots.
