At the northwest corner of Winchester Road (SR79) and Domenigoni Parkway is the Boulder Crossing property, which will serve as the focal point and main gateway to thousands of planned residences in the Winchester Ranch corridor. Regent rezoned the property to include a mix of single-family units, multi-family units, and an approximately 170,000 square foot neighborhood retail center.
