Glendale Corporate Center is located in the submarket of Glendale, Arizona and was purchased in 2010. The project consists of three Class A office buildings totaling 145,745 square feet and a seven acre site for future development comprising up to a 105,000 square foot office building. At acquisition, the existing buildings were vacant and in shell condition. The property was purchased out of bankruptcy/foreclosure from a syndicate of two banks.
Since acquisition, Regent has leased up and built out over 130,000 square feet which included the largest lease in Phoenix in 2012 to the Bechtel Corporation. Regent successfully leased up the building and sold the project in 2018.
