John Gamlin is a real estate development professional with long experience assisting investors and owners with strategies to manage capital risks, optimize exits, and maximize return metrics. His main career focus has been the envisioning, planning and execution of lifestyle-driven master plans and mixed-use resorts, undertaken with some of the finest brands in the development industry. John has ample familiarity with acquisition and conversion of value in land assets. His skill-set includes managing diligence processes, community envisioning, oversight of architectural, planning, and improvement design, regulatory approvals and entitlements, horizontal and vertical construction, and delivering completed projects into the hands of operations. John has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the La Quinta Arts Foundation, Desert Cahuilla Wetlands, and the Desert Chapter of the Building Industry Association. He earned a BS degree from the School of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
