Located in the peaceful Los Angeles beach community of Playa del Rey, Regent Villas at Playa was a portfolio of 9 neighborhood multi-family properties with 195 rental units. At acquisition, the properties were dilapidated Class “C” buildings.  Regent renovated the properties to Class “A” level, incorporating classical Tuscan architecture and first-class interior finishes. The project received a Gold Nugget Award of Merit for a residential rehabilitation project following its completion in 2003.
