In conjunction with the Burbank Redevelopment Agency, Regent renovated a 40,000 square foot industrial building into a first-class creative office building as the home of New Wave Entertainment, a premier media company within the entertainment industry. Completed in 2000, the project was awarded a Gold Nugget award as the best rehabilitation of a commercial or industrial building by the Pacific Builders Association.
