Situated in downtown Glendale, the 160,000 square-foot Glendale Marketplace is a bustling urban entertainment center anchored by WOW!, Linens ‘n Things, Old Navy, and a state-of-the-art Mann theater complex. The project features a paseo walk designed to create a thriving urban village featuring restaurants with outdoor seating in a lushly landscaped environment. The Glendale Marketplace, completed in 1998, received the following awards: Award of Merit from the ICSC, best retail development from the Pacific Builders Association, and best retail development from the California Redevelopment Agency.
