Elevate 24 is in a prime location near the Camelback Corridor’s “main & main” intersection, proximate to dense residential neighborhoods and an abundance of retail amenities. The Project has strong presence on 24th Street and benefits from easy access to 51 freeway via Highland Ave. (a lower traffic artery), allowing for easy commutes from around the Valley and quick trips to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Project’s cast-in-place concrete buildings feature high volume 13-foot concrete ceilings and floors, which allow for creative and traditional interiors.
Regent acquired Elevate 24 in June 2017 at 79% occupancy and commenced the design phase of planned capital improvements, which will upgrade the building’s amenity set to a more modern, contemporary design.
