Since 1989, Regent has master planned over 7,000 acres of residential communities in the southwestern United States, encompassing the entitlement of over 18,000 residential lots. Regent’s experience extends from large scale, traditional suburban residential development to country club and golf resort development. Additionally, Regent has experience in public and private partnerships for the creation of public infrastructure, such as schools and utilities, as part of the master plan.
