Bill is the Partner primarily responsible for Regent’s partnerships with national homebuilders. Bill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Korek Land Company (KLC) and has over 25 years experience in real estate brokerage and development. KLC has brokered thousands of development parcels, from small commercial corners to some of Southern California’s largest master planned communities. In addition to being CEO of KLC and a Regent Partner, Bill founded and runs FUNdKIDS, a children’s charity, and is a Los Angeles County Commissioner. Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
