Marc is the Chief Financial Officer of Regent Properties. After a brief stint in public accounting, Marc formed his own consulting practice which provided mortgage brokerage and consulting services to the real estate industry. In 1995, Marc merged his consulting business with Pacific Equity Properties, Inc., a real estate acquisition and development company focusing on high end retail centers (which acquired and developed over $300 million of retail centers in Southern California), where he became President and Chief Financial Officer. In August 2007, he joined Regent Properties. Marc obtained an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a post graduate degree in Accounting & Finance, from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He also received the professional designations of Chartered Accountant & Certified Public Accountant in South Africa. In addition, Marc is a licensed real estate broker in California.
