Eric is a Partner at Regent Properties. He previously worked at the Westfield Corporation, Inc. where he focused on individual property acquisitions, several large portfolio acquisitions, property management and development projects. Prior to Westfield, he worked as a partner at KPE Ventures, a venture capital firm. Eric began his career as a financial analyst in The Walt Disney Company's Corporate Strategic Planning Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and new business opportunities. Eric is a licensed real estate broker in California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
