Jeff is a Managing and Founding Partner of Regent since its inception in 1989. Jeff is a member of Stark Investments’ Real Estate Investment Committee and an advisor to the Stark Investments Real Estate Finance Committee. He is engaged in directing all phases of the real estate development process and long-range strategic planning for Regent Properties. Jeff has twenty years of experience in real estate development and investment. He was formerly associated with the Alexander Haagen Company, where he was involved in developing over 10 million square feet of retail space. At Haagen, Jeff was actively involved in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of shopping center properties. He began his career with the real estate transactional law firm of Pircher, Nichols and Meeks in Los Angeles. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Washington University in St. Louis and has a JD degree from UCLA.
